# DAY/OS

> DAY/OS is web-based operations software for independent ski areas in the United States: lift and trail status and inspections, grooming, fleet maintenance, ticket and season pass sales with RFID gate scanning, an online ticket shop, waivers, ski and snowboard rentals, ski school and lesson booking, ski patrol (patient care reports, dispatch, the closing sweep) and staff scheduling. Each mountain turns on only the apps it runs. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with no contract.

DAY/OS runs in a web browser on counter computers, phones and tablets, with nothing to install. Payments go through Stripe. Each mountain's data is kept separate, patient records are never deleted (mistakes are marked entered in error), and every mountain can export its data as spreadsheets at any time.

## Plans (US dollars, before sales tax)

- Lodge: $199 a month. Small hills and community areas that need to sell, scan and keep the lifts honest.
- Mountain: $449 a month. The typical independent mountain, with a ski school, a rental shop and a crew to schedule.
- Resort: $799 a month. Larger operations with a patrol department, a terrain park and many hands.
- Patrol only: $149 a month. For a ski patrol on its own: patient care reports, dispatch, the roster and schedule, training, equipment, the closing sweep and records. The ski area gets a free read-only login.

Add-ons, on any plan:

- Patrol: $179 a month
- Online shop: $79 a month
- Assets and fleet: $89 a month
- Messages: $39 a month
- Document text recognition: $29 a month
- Terrain park: $49 a month
