Prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax. Yearly billing is charged once a year.

Add-ons.
Extra apps you switch on when your mountain wants them, on top of any plan. The owner adds or removes them on the Billing page, and Stripe charges or credits the difference. Turning one off never deletes its records.
How paying works.
No contract to sign. The owner runs it all from the Billing page inside DAY/OS.
Card
Credit or debit card, renewing automatically each month or year. Change the card whenever you like.
Bank account (ACH)
Link a US bank account once and it renews automatically. The first payment takes a few business days to clear.
Invoice
We email an invoice each period, due in 30 days. Pay by card, bank transfer or check. Good for boards and town-run areas.

Moving in
We import your customers and products, set up your staff and roles, and train your crew. Tell us what you have and we will quote it in writing before you sign up.
Card processing
The online shop, lesson payments and patrol giving run through Stripe. Stripe's processing fees pass through to you at cost, and DAY/OS adds nothing on top. Text messages are charged at the text provider's cost.
Logins and storage
Every plan has as many staff logins as you need. Each mountain starts with 500 MB for documents and their versions; ask us if you need more.

Is there a contract?
No. Monthly billing is month to month, and yearly billing is paid once a year. Cancel from the Billing page and you keep everything until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have chosen a plan and a way to pay, nothing changes. If not, everything keeps working for 14 more days with a note at the top of every page, then DAY/OS becomes read only until you pay.
What does read only mean?
Everyone can still sign in, see and export everything. Nothing new is sold, booked or added, and the online shop stops taking orders. Patrol, the time clock and the team Inbox keep working, because care records and hours should never wait on a bill. Paying turns everything back on straight away.
Can we buy just a few apps?
Start with the plan nearest to what you run and add what you need. If none fits, tell us what you run and we will price it with you.
We need Patrol but not the bigger plan.
Patrol is an add-on for Lodge and Mountain, and included in Resort. Many volunteer patrols start there.
Can we change plans or switch apps on and off?
Yes. The owner changes the plan and add-ons on the Billing page, and the apps change to match. Turning an app off hides it from your crew without deleting anything.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours. Customers, sales, payments, refunds and incident reports download as spreadsheets whenever you want them.
