Ski school software: lessons that fill without the phone tag.

Lesson sessions with rosters and capacity, a booking page where guests request and pay for lessons in English or Spanish, packages that count down, and instructors who post their own open days.

Lessons shouldn't live in someone's inbox.

When requests come by email, phone and the front desk, sessions overbook, instructors find out the night before, and nobody knows who paid. DAY/OS keeps the request, the payment, the roster and the instructor in one record.

  • Lesson requests by email
  • Rosters on a clipboard
  • Phone tag with parents
  • Punch cards for packages
  • Instructor days in a group text

Everything the ski school runs on.

Ski school, Clubs and programs and Instructor availability are separate apps, so you turn on what you need.
